Dandelion root is a favorite amongst traditional herbalists as it supports the healthy functioning of the liver, kidneys, spleen, and gallbladder and is considered to be a reliable detoxifying agent.
Chicory is a relative of dandelion. Its root has been used as a coffee substitute for generations, especially when coffee wasn't available. It is high in vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant.
Carob tastes similar to chocolate and is a great alternative. It is an excellent source of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
Pau d' Arco is native to South America, its medicinal uses dates back to 1873. Works as a detoxifier, aids in digestion and regularity. 

Comes packaged in a 4oz amber jar with 2.65oz of herbal coffee. Add 1 tsp of herbal coffee (add more or less for desired flavor) for every 1 cup of water. There is 22 - 1 tsp servings. Bring water to boil, steep in French press for 7 minutes. Or bring water to boil, remove from burner and allow to steep in pan covered for 5 minutes. Optional: add cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, or favorite spice to your brew while steeping. Adding preferred milk and sweetener can elevate your herbal coffee into a delicious cup of morning comfort.
